Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon ground flax
  • 1-2 cups water depending on preference of thickness
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 banana peeled & frozen
  • 1/2 peach sliced (can use frozen peaches if fresh aren't in season)
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add protein, flax, chia seeds, and water to the blender. In a Blendtec, I pulse a couple of times to get everything mixed together. Let sit for about 15 minutes so the chia seeds can absorb a bit of the water.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend until everything is combined completely.
