Ingredients
1cuppineapple, cubed
1/2cupcoconut milk
2medium carrots, peeled and roughly chopped
1apple, cored
1tspcinnamon
1scoop vanilla protein powder
1Tbspunsweetened, shredded coconut (plus more for garnish)
1Tbspchopped walnuts(plus more for garnish)
Instructions
In the jar of a high-speed blender, place all ingredients in the order listed.
Blend on high speed until all ingredients are mixed completely and you have the desired consistency.
Notes
If using a Vitamix or Blendtec, just use the "smoothie" option for best results.Feel free to add a handful of ice cubes for a colder smoothie, but you may need to add slightly more liquid in order to get a smooth blend.
