  • Blend the ingredients on high until smooth.
  • Pour half of the mixture into your serving glass. Top with fresh berries.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt mixture and fresh berries.

Notes

  • You can also make a quick compote by warming up the thawed frozen strawberries in the microwave and combining them with strawberry preserves. This compote is perfect if you want a sweeter parfait, and it looks beautiful at the bottom of the assembled parfait!
