Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 banana , peeled
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 oranges , peeled
  • 1/2 cup mango pieces

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine coconut milk, dairy-free yogurt, and agave until smooth.
  • Pour about an inch of the mixture into popsicle molds. There will be some left over - save it for remaining layers. Put popsicle mold in freezer while preparing next 2 layers.
  • Use 1/2 of what is left from the white layer and add oranges and mango. Blend well, pour in a glass and set aside.
  • Use remaining white mixture, and add banana and pineapple. Blend well, pour in a glass until ready to layer.
  • Once the first layer is slushy (don't freeze completely or you won't be able to get the popsicle stick in at the end!), pour the orange layer into the mold. Freeze again for 30 minutes.
  • Top with yellow layer.
  • Then place the popsicle sticks in and freeze until completely frozen.
