  • 1 cup natural/homemade peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3/4 cup honey or agave nectar
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3 cups old fashioned oats (gluten-free if you'd like)
  • 1/2 cup ground flax
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup peanuts , chopped
  • 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
