- 2 cups almond milk (or other milk of your choice)
- 2 Tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 2/3 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 1 cup oats , slightly ground - not into a flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons baking powder
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup peanuts , chopped
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup agave
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips for topping , optional
