Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 banana , frozen
  • 1 medium peach , pitted
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 4-6 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Blend on high for about 30 seconds, or until all combined.
