Spicy Southwestern Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can garbanzo beans + 1/4 cup liquid reserved from can
  • 1/2 cup mild salsa
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic , minced

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  • Blend well for about 3 minutes or until smooth.
  • Serve immediately with veggies, bread, or pita chips. Will keep in the refrigerator for about a week.
