  • 1/2 cup lite unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 shot espresso OR 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules (substitute decaf if desired)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
