Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1/2 small banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 Tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup light coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until completely combined and smooth. Serve immediately.
