Easy Weeknight Vegetarian Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces whole wheat egg noodles
  • 1 packet of Creamy Portabella Mushroom Progresso Recipe Starters
  • 2 cups sliced baby portabella mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup fat free sour cream

Instructions

  • Cook egg noodles according to package directions.
  • While the pasta is cooking, in a large skillet, brown mushrooms over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes, in a single layer, until the juices have begun releasing.
  • Add the Recipe Starter sauce and sour cream, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  • Combine the pasta and sauce, and serve
