1-2cupswater, depending on preference of thickness
1/2cuppumpkin puree
1/2banana, peeled & frozen
1/2peach, sliced (can use frozen peaches if fresh aren't in season)
6ice cubes
Instructions
Add protein, flax, chia seeds, and water to the blender. In a Blendtec, I pulse a couple of times to get everything mixed together. Let sit for about 15 minutes so the chia seeds can absorb a bit of the water.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until everything is combined completely.
