  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 teaspoons coconut oil
  • Apples , for dipping

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a Twister jar. Blend on 7, while turning the twister lid, ensuring all ingredients stay in the center in the jar for optimal blending.
  • Continue to blend until all ingredients have been combined and are ready for dipping.
