Healthy(er) Spring Dirt Cups

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of chocolate pudding (Try Homemade and Vegan)
  • 1 cup chocolate graham cracker crumbs , from about 10 graham crackers
  • 3/4 cup unsweeted coconut , shredded
  • 1 drop green food coloring , if desired
  • chocolate Easter candy , for garnishing

Instructions

  • In small glasses, layer chocolate pudding, and graham cracker crumbs until the glass is full.
  • In a container or small plastic bag, combine the coconut with the drop of green food coloring to subtly color the coconut to resemble grass.Top colored coconut on top of the layered pudding and graham cracker crumbs.
  • Top with chocolate candies or gummy worms
