Pumpkin Cheesecake Caramel Chia Seed Yogurt Parfait + A Giveaway!

Ingredients

  • 2 5- ounce cartons of Yoplait Pumpkin Cheesecake Greek 100 Yogurt
  • 1 5- ounce carton of vanilla greek yogurt
  • 4 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 Nature Valley oats n' honey crunchy granola bars (or your favorite granola)
  • healthy caramel sauce to drizzle on top (2-ingredient vegan caramel sauce recipe here)

Instructions

  • Combine yogurts and chia seeds together in a small bowl until mixed well. Set aside for at least 30 minutes so the chia seeds can soften.
  • Mix the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and nutmeg together.
  • In 2 jars, layer yogurt & chia mixture, pumpkin puree, and crumbled granola bars. Create this layer twice and top with a drizzle of healthy caramel sauce.
  • Enjoy right away or within 3 days, stored in the refrigerator.
