Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 avocado , halved, pitted, and peeled
  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 1 banana

Instructions

  • Blend the spinach and water until smooth.
  • Add the avocado, mango, and banana and blend again until smooth.
  • Drink right away or store in an air-tight glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours.
