Red Hot Berry Protein Parfait

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces vanilla greek yogurt (Yoplait Greek 100)
  • 1/2 banana , frozen
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • fresh berries (strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries)

Instructions

  • Blend together yogurt, banana, frozen strawberries, cinnamon, cayenne, and protein powder. Blend on high until smooth.
  • Pour half of yogurt mixture in a cup or bowl. Add fresh berries. Add remaining yogurt mixture and top with more fresh berries.
