Welcome to week 2 of Fitness Friday, where I bring you one of my favorite workouts from the internet that you can enjoy in your own home. And it’s not just any old workout. It’s one I’ve tried before, so you know it’s been tested out.

This week, I bring you one of the best leg workouts I’ve ever done in my life. I’ve gone through this routine about 5 times, and no matter how good of shape I’m in, it always leaves me sore for about 3 days. It’s definitely hitting muscles I don’t work on a regular basis.

This workout comes from the amazing fitness site, Tone and Tighten, where you’ll find tons of free workouts and knowledge on getting healthy and in shape. Jared definitely knows his stuff!

This is just a screenshot of a couple of the exercises you’ll be doing for this workout, and it should take you about 20-30 minutes to finish it. Not long at all! And you can do it right at home also! Definitely my kind of workout.
