We’ve all had our fair share of cravings but when you’re pregnant and your hormones are going wild, food cravings and combinations can start to get really weird.

Food cravings are normal and when you’re pregnant those really start to kick in during the 2nd trimester. Certain foods like pickles or other salty foods and sweets are fairly normal but some moms to be took those cravings up a notch to make some unique combinations.

Here are some of the wildest food combos some moms to be craved while they were pregnant.

Salty pickles dipped into yogurt seems to be a craving many moms to be want to eat. While it’s a mix of sweet and salty, it’s strange.

Hot Dogs + Marshmallows

The two are a popular combination in the Philippines. The cooked hot dogs are put on a skewer with large marshmallows and are often served at parties. Some moms have craved the combination only when they’re pregnant.

Cereal + Orange Juice

Instead of cereal with milk, some soon to be moms have craved cereal with orange juice. While there is a cereal called “Tropicana Crunch” that’s made specifically for orange juice, some moms craved other sugary cereals with orange juice.

Apples + Ketchup

Chocolate + Bacon

The sweet and salty cravings have been around for ages and we typically go with foods like pretzels and caramel but some prefer chocolate and bacon. If you love bacon and you love chocolate, the combination is the perfect mix.

Milkshakes + Pickles

A strange craving that some pregnant women seems to have is the combination of milkshakes and pickles together. Dipping the pickles in the milkshake is a sweet and salty mix that brings in a whole new level of flavors.
