VEGAN VALENTINE'S DAY TRUFFLES
1. In a small pot, heat the coconut cream. Once the coconut cream is just boiling, turn off the heat and add the dark chocolate chips, stirring to melt.
2. In a large bowl, add the melted chocolate along with the almond flour, agave, and pinch of salt. Mix well until everything is combined.
3. Using a Tablespoon scoop or spoon, form 14-16 truffle balls. Refrigarate 5 minutes and then roll in your hands to smooth.
4. Coat them with mini sprinkles or with cocoa powder.
