INGREDIENTS

- coconut milk - mint leaves - almond milk - coconut cream - agave nectar - vanilla extract - mint extract - baby spinach - maraschino berries

STEP 1

Freeze coconut milk in an ice cube tray.

STEP 2

Blend frozen coconut milk cubes with mint leaves, almond milk, coconut cream, agave nectar, vanilla extract, mint extract, and spinach.

STEP 3

Adjust consistency with more almond milk, and sweetness with more agave.

STEP 4

Pour into glasses, top with whipped coconut cream, mint leaves, cherry.

Tips for Making Shamrock Shake:

For the cherry, make sure you’ve dried it off before setting it on the whipped cream so the juices don’t run down the cream.
