Chocolate Peanut Butter

INGREDIENTS

– 1 cup natural/homemade peanut butter – 2 teaspoons vanilla – 3/4 cup honey or agave nectar – 2 Tablespoons coconut oil – 3 cups old fashioned oats (gluten-free if you'd like) – 1/2 cup ground flax – 1/2 cup sunflower seed – 1/2 cup peanuts , chopped – 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chip

STEP 1

Melt the peanut butter and honey in a microwave-safe bowl. Doing this makes it easier to mix in the other ingredients.

STEP 2

Add the cocoa powder and stir until it’s all combined.

STEP 3

Add the quick oats and then cocoa Krispies and mix until combined.

Cocoa Powder – I use the unsweetened cocoa powder that you find in the baking aisle.
