5.Drink Water Right Away
Have a glass of water right near your phone/alarm. As soon as you turn off your phone, drink that water. It’s going to wake your body up. It’s going to make you wake up and get moving.
I’m super super picky about my water bottles. Don’t ask why – I guess I’m a water bottle snob. I don’t want plastic because of all the nasty BPAs. But with glass, I don’t want something that will break because I’m clumsy. I don’t want something that leaks all over the place. I want to be able to take it everywhere with me and just throw it into my purse without worrying that it’s going to get all over my stuff. So after lots and lots of trial and error, this is the water bottle I’ve been using for the last few months and I love it! It’s the best, you can lock it so it doesn’t accidentally open up, and it even comes in a smaller kid size!
These are the tips that have helped me to wake up early every single morning for the last 2-3 years. I can now easily call myself a morning person. And if you follow these tips, you’ll be doing the same thing!

If you really want to ensure your success, and I know you do, you’ll need to print out this checklist and fill it out every night. Laminate it or put it in a page protector, so you can just write with a dry-erase marker and make changes to it every day.
So that’s it. I know it’s a lot easier said than done. It’s all a matter of you just following through with the steps and turning it into a habit over time. But it can be done.
This is what it comes down to. How badly do you want to reach your goals? Either you want it or you don’t. Prove it to yourself by getting up and making it happen.
For me, I want my business to thrive. There is no other option. So waking up at 4:30 am is a part of me getting to work on time. That is how I have to think about it. Getting to work on time so that I can reach my goals. The consequence is that I fail. My business fails.You owe it to yourself to not let yourself fail.
