4.Put Your Alarm Across the Room
I know you’ve heard this one before. But it’s absolutely true. As annoying as it is to hear your alarm go off and know you have to actually get up and out of bed in order to shut it up, it’s probably one of the best pieces of advice I can give you for getting up and at ’em for meet your workout goals.
You hear your annoying alarm. You groggily stumble over to it, shut it off, and before you have a chance to walk back to your bed, you move RIGHT on to the next step.
