Wahoo! It’s finally Friday! I don’t know about you, but I’m always looking forward to Friday. It’s my early day at work so my weekend starts earlier, plus I get to introduce you to a new workout routine. This one is fantastic! If you only have 20 minutes (which I know we’re all short on time), and you don’t want to leave home, and you don’t have any weights, well this is the one for you!

I have found the site Lushious Lifts for a ton of fun and inspiring workouts, and this one is no different. Using your own body weight, you are going to be sculpting that booty of yours into something fierce. Winter leggings here I come! For real, this is happening.

I did the workout just yesterday, and the burn was something fierce, and I know I’m going to be feeling it later today.
