Weights. They’re where it’s at. They’ll build your muscles. They’ll strengthen your bones. They’ll make you feel empowered.
When it comes to working out, weights are my absolute favorite thing do to because I feel like a badass. Can’t really compete with that feeling!
The thing is, I know I’m supposed to work my legs. And I need to work my arms. Of course abs as well. But then I kind of get lost. What else am I missing?
Those smaller areas. The real fine-tuning to a fit body. Like instead of a full-on leg day, some days it’s good to just do a glutes day to work that bootay. (You can check that workout here)
Instead of arm day, how about putting some focus on those shoulders! I love wearing tank tops and showing off my bare shoulders – especially when they’re toned and looking strong.
So when I saw this workout from Jessica of Glisten Fit, I knew I had to check it out. She’s one of the most fit women I’ve seen on the internet. Totally the real deal.
And all you need is a pair of dumbbells right at home!
