Happy Friday! Can you believe we’ve finally made it? It’s been quite a long week for me, and I’m so looking forward to a couple days of relaxation, baking, and yoga.
Another thing I’m looking forward to is Sunday breakfast. My favorite meal of the entire week! But it’s kind of a love/hate thing for me. I want to be able to serve and enjoy a big and wonderful spread of breakfast foods on Sunday mornings, but I also want to be really lazy and do very little work.
So what’s a girl to do?
Whip of a batch of pancakes for the family and put some yummy toppings in bowls for your family to choose from. That way, you’re not turned into a short order chef by your family members who all want something different.
You give them their options, and you sit back and enjoy watching them all turn their pancake stack into masterpieces. All while drinking your morning cup of coffee.
