I have a confession to make. Fruits are not my favorite thing in the world. Give me a whole platter of veggies, and I’m set. But when it comes to fruit, I could take it or leave it, no problem. I know the majority of people are the opposite and have more problems eating their vegetables, but I am not one of those people. I don’t know – maybe these are all normal-ish things, but these days I feel like they’ve singled me out to be different from everyone else.
So back to the whole fruit thing. I kinda went on a tangent there for a minute. I’m lucky if I can end the day consuming one serving of fruit. That’s far from the recommended 3-5 cups of fruit that I should be getting.
