Indulging in too much candy this year? Combat it with this super simple 10-minute Candy-Crushing Workout!
Happy Halloween friends! I sure do love this time of year. All the fun and spooky decorations. The kids all dressed up in fun costumes. But one thing I’m not a fan of… all the tempting candy! Right now, in my cabinet, I have a bag full of my son’s trunk-or-treat candy from last weekend, a bag of candy I’ll be taking to work, and one that I possibly bought just for myself (oops!).
Now, I know it’s up to me to have the mindset to just not eat the candy, but for some reason, I’m just not so much in that mindset these days. But I found something both fun and clever to get me moving to start crushing all those Fun Sized Snickers I’ve put down. This Candy-Crusher workout that I found over on SparkPeople.com is only 10 minutes and is sure to get you started on burning those Halloween treats!
The above picture is just the beginning of the routine, so you’ll need to be sure that you click through to the link for the full exercise. Between the “Spider Climb” and the “Spooky Side Kicks,” it’s such a fun routine to go through. Perfect for right before taking the kids out trick or treating or right before you get ready for a big costume party.
Either way, I hope you enjoy this workout and it helps you to feel better about the Halloween candy you’ve been eating this year. I know it helps me!
Have a FUN, SAFE, and SPOOKY Halloween!!
