Cookies ‘n Cream Rice Krispie Treats

Ingredients

10 oz bag of mini marshmallows

3 Tablespoons of coconut oil or butter

4 cups rice krispies

2 1/2 cups oreos, roughly crushed

12 ounce bag white chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

Spray a 9×13 baking pan with non-stick spray.

In a large pot on the stovetop, over low heat, melt the marshmallows and coconut oil or butter.

Once melted, take pot off the stove and add the rice krispies and 2 cups of the crushed oreos. Combine thoroughly.

When combined, press into your prepared pan. Tip: Wet your hands before pressing into the pan. This will prevent the marshmallows from sticking to your hands too badly.

Spread the melted white chocolate over the top of your rice krispie treats. Top with remaining crushed oreos. Let chocolate set in refrigerator for an hour or so.

Cut and serve at room temperature.

Hey there!

I'm Holly and I create real food recipes for real people. People who want to eat more than kale chips and tofu. People who are a little bit terrified of vegan food because - hello, what the F is tempeh and seitan, right?
People who want to go plant-based but can't even imagine a life without cheese or ice cream. I'm right there with ya and am here to help you every step of the way. I can't wait to show you around!

xoxo Holly
