Between Halloween events all day long, finding all pieces to Anna, Elsa, and Olaf’s Frozen costumes, and making sure everyone’s out the door in time for trick-or-treating, there’s about zero time left to make and eat dinner. And of course, chances are, you’re so hurried that what you DO end up eating is usually something unhealthy.

Let me tell you – with a little planning it doesn’t have to be hard!

With the kiddos on their way to a full on sugar-high, it’s super important to get some nutrients in those little ghouls and goblins’ bodies! Whether it’s a crock-pot meal or something you can throw together in 15 minutes, just plan to make it happen.

      Right?! It becomes too second-nature to just order pizza on halloween night, but it can be just as easy, and definitely healthier to whip something up before heading out.
