Now that the weather is getting warmer outside, it’s time to enjoy it! Here are 10 Smart and Easy Ways to Get Outside and Enjoy Mother Nature.
The swiss herbs in Ricola® Herb & Throat drops allow me to enjoy the great outdoors as part of a sponsored post for Socialstars. #swissherbs
The birds are chirping. The flowers are blooming. And the temperatures are rising.
This is my favorite time of year. When everything is coming alive after a cold cold winter.
All I want to do is spend all my hours outdoors. Sometimes though, it can be hard to get my kiddo outside when there’s the magic of video games and cartoons to distract.
There are so many things you can do to enjoy the great outdoors, and I thought I’d offer a few ideas to get you started.
1. Go for a hike
2. Fly a kite
3. Go bike-riding
4. Explore a new trail
5. Plant flowers
6. Splash around in a stream
7. Play on a playground
8. Throw or kick a ball around
9. Build an obstacle course
10. Have a picnic
Super simple. Super enjoyable. And such great ways to get some sunshine, enjoy the earth we have been given, and get a little activity into your day.
I know what half of you are thinking when you see these images of flowers though. The allergies!
The red itchy eyes. The runny nose. The scratchy throat. You know what I’m talking about. The part of spring that makes it hard to want to go outside at all. The part that makes you want to stay indoors and enjoy the comforts of home.
Thankfully Ricola® has made it possible to enjoy the outdoors even if you struggle with mild seasonal allergies. I don’t know about you, but that scratchy throat is just an annoying part of allergies that I just can’t stand, and Ricola Revitalizing Herb Drops are so soothing and comforting.

What sets Ricola apart from other throat drops is the blend of 10 herbs that are specifically picked to offer a soothing feeling in your throat. And because I’m such a nature-lover, I’m so happy to hear that Ricola prides itself in not using pesticides or herbicides in the herbs they grow. This is definitely something I can stand behind.
Now I know that if I’m going for a hike up the mountains, I’ve got to pack a handful of these drops to make sure I can make it through the entire hike in comfort.
There’s no need why I should have to miss out on all the beauty of being outside just because of some sniffles and a scratchy throat when there’s something awesome like these Ricola Herb Drops to make me feel better.
