I’m popping in this weekend with a workout that will make you sweat & burn all within a 10-minute period. Seriously, that’s all it takes.
I don’t know about you, but I’m all about those leggings and skinny jeans all autumn and winter long. As soon as that chill hits, you can bet that I’ll be in either of those, and I know I feel better when my bootay looks a little more toned in those tight pants!
Believe me, I am completely aware that every single body type can wear every single type of pants. That is not the point here. I’m not saying that skinny jeans are made for a specific size. I’m talking about feeling good and comfortable in your body.
I don’t know about you, but when I workout, I feel amazing. I’m confident. My head is held higher. My shoulders are back. And there’s a hop in my step. I am much more likely to throw on a pair of skinny jeans after a workout. And this is the one that will make it all happen!
And seriously, it’s only a 10-minute workout, so there’s literally no excuse. It’s really all you could ask for – 2 rounds of 5 moves, and they’re pretty much back to back so you’re getting that cardio up too!
I did the workout earlier this week, and I started with 15 minutes on the bike cause I did have a little extra time and wanted to solidify my cardio session, but it’s totally not a must. It’s up to you how intense you want your workout to be.
