If there was one thing I could do in this life for my family, it would be to get them to make healthy choices so that they could live a long life full of health. For themselves, for our future as a family, and just for their future success in life. I know this sounds heavy and all, but I have made conscious decisions about the reasons why I choose to life meat-free and eliminate a large amount of dairy. When it comes down to it, I want to live as long as I possibly can, as long as I’m healthy and happy. And in those long years of my life, I would love for my family to be along for the ride!
So I’m always trying to get them on board to join me in making healthy choices. Eating fresh and local produce. Incorporating fruit and veggie smoothies into their days. Getting outside and active each day. So many ways to get healthy to enjoy a longer life.
One of the ways I would love to see my kiddo get healthier is to cut out some of the dairy in his daily consumption, like I have. We’ve tried oat milk, soy milk, rice milk, and almond milk, and he just hasn’t been satisfied with the flavor. But I decided to give it one more shot with Silk’s Vanilla AlmondMilk.
