Living a healthy lifestyle can be fun and easy when you have the right tools. The workouts, the emotional tools, and especially the right healthy recipes to fuel your active and healthy life. I have so much fun coming up with new healthy recipes for you. I especially love taking desserts and finding a way to put a healthier spin on it. That way we can indulge and not miss out!  Having healthy recipe ideas in an arm’s reach is important so you’re not scrambling for something to eat when you’re tired and stressed out and really just want to pull up to the closest fast food joint! But when it comes to organizing my recipes, I’m kind of all over the place. I didn’t really have a good system until now, and I’m so excited to share it with you!

There’s recipe cards. There’s Pinterest. There’s binders. There’s Word documents. So many ways to keep track of your recipes. But if you’re anything like me, none of these are really great solutions. The recipe cards get spills and aren’t all that quick to save if you have to write them out. Pinterest is just overwhelming and can easily get cluttered. Binders get way too big way too fast. Word docs – who really wants to pull out their laptop every time they need to grab a recipe? Not me!
