Are you just following the crowd and eating Greek yogurt because it’s popular and people say it’s healthy? How about you really learn the in’s and out’s of the yogurt you’re eating.
I think I’ve mentioned it a few times, but one of my daily staples is yogurt, granola, and fruit for breakfast. I love it. I gotta have it. I can’t live without it. But I swear, every single time I go to the store to buy yogurt, I end up standing there like a deer staring at headlights. There are just too.many.options. All the flavors. All the non-fat, low-fat, lite, full-fat, whipped, and of course the Greek. And then in the Greek variety there’s still more flavors and options.
On top of that, Wifey is trying to cut out as many dyes as possible, especially the Red40, cause ew. Who wants that!? So the point of the matter is, I spend a fair amount of time reading yogurt labels trying to find the best of the best.
