Sometimes a good cardio session and a killer ab workout is all you need to put yourself in a good mood.
It’s been a LONG time since I’ve shared a workout with you, and it’s about time I share this quick one. It’s an ab workout that requires a whole lot of nothing. Seriously, your own body is all you need! Maybe a yoga mat if you’d like, and definitely some water because you’ll be SWEATING like crazy.
You may be wondering, how the hell will I be sweating like crazy if it’s only 10 minutes long?!
Oh my naive little friend…
I’ve been doing it for about 6 months now and absolutely love it. I love it because it makes me work so dang hard, which in turn makes me hate it. But by the time I’ve come to hate the guts out of it, it’s pretty much over, which in turn makes me love it again!
10 minutes just flies by because you’re only doing each workout for about 30-60 seconds, tops.
So that’s that. It’s a quick one today. I don’t want to waste your time babbling on and on when you could be doing something productive like this killer ab workout! So scroll on down, click play, and shred those abs!
