I am so glad you have found your way here. Through the jumble of life as a busy working mom, somehow you realized that it was time to ask for help from the grand ol’ interwebz.
You were most likely browsing Pinterest for something to make for dinner tonight and quickly became frustrated. It seems like all the healthy recipes you found were super un-kid-friendly. Like really, does YOUR kid eat quinoa kale burgers on a regular basis? Yeah, neither would mine. You couldn’t mask that thing with enough ketchup and cheese for my kid to touch it with a 10-foot pole.
PLUS there’s the fact that almost all the recipes take way too much time for this mama in a hurry. For example, tonight right after work, I’ve gotta meet the kiddo and my other half for some sort of family night at the school. By the time we get home, there will barely be any time to prep anything let alone cook and eat it!
So I get it. You totally need easy, and that’s what I’m bringing you today. I’m all for quick, easy, and healthy recipes every night, but some nights you need even quicker. Like 20 minute quick with very little prep.
I’m not gonna waste any more of your time on little stories. I want you to get right to the recipes.

These are the 20-minute recipes included:
Black bean and quinoa burritos (or rice for your picky eaters)
Tried and True 3-Bean Chili
Sweet Potato Taco Waffles
Greek Yogurt Pancakes for Dinner
Healthy Broccoli Cheese Soup
Vegetarian Portobello Fajitas
A little something different for all your varying tastebuds. You are bound to find at least a few go-to recipes that will get you through even the busiest of nights and still get dinner on the table.
Then maybe, just maybe, when dinner is all eaten and put away, you’ll be able to enjoy a fun tickle fight in the family room. Or you’ll go take a walk together as a family. Whatever you decide to do with your loved ones, these are the things that will be made possible by spending less time on dinner.
So make it happen. Improve your life. Live intentionally by creating more time to do the things that matter most.
